To apply for services under the Securing Economic Rights for Victims with Disabilities Program, which assists domestic violence survivors and other victims of crimes obtain Social Security disability benefits, please call 717-248-3099, ext. 1503. Referral forms can be emailed to jwilliamson@midpenn.org or faxed to (717) 248-0791.
