Greetings CCCHS Members,

Don't Miss our Annual Meeting on Wednesday!

Wow, CCCHS had a busy October. Thanks to everyone who attended our Lunch with the Legislators, Advocacy Training, and our Self-Care Workshop. As the calendar year comes to an end, Council is tying up the loose ends of 2021 and looking forward to our work for 2022.

We hope you can join us in person for our Annual Meeting on Wednesday at Calvary Church. Lunch will be provided by the volunteers at Calvary.

This is a BIG meeting where we will vote on new board members and budget, hear an update on the 2021 Robert Ott Seed Grant and the announcement of this year’s recipient. Earlier in the year, the Board formalized an adapted membership procedure. Therefore, our 2022 membership drive will begin on Wednesday!

Also, for those of you who missed the Self-Care Workshop, Practical Tools for Releasing Worry, Anxiety, and Secondary Trauma, our speaker, Annie Mascelli has offered an additional membership benefit – a link to her Worry-Less ToolKit and other materials from the workshop. This includes the chance to schedule a free 30 minute session. I hope you and your colleagues can take advantage of her tools as we gear up for the holidays and cold winter months.

We’ll see you on November 3 !

With Warmest Regards,

Melissa Bottorf

CCCHS President
