Speaker: Annie Mascelli, Holistic Life Coach and Teacher

About the Training: Looking to relieve your tendency to worry? Want to break the cycle of anxious thoughts? Eager to release yourself of the emotional burden of other's stories?In this hands-on, virtual workshop, Annie will teach you 8 easy-to-use, practical tools for getting relief from worry and anxiety when you're suffering, as well as release them for good. You'll learn to create a more relaxed and calm day-to-day life, reveal the gifts of your worries and anxieties, and get strategies to make lasting change.

Participants will also get access to Annie's online tool, The Worry-Less Tookit, to use themselves and share with friends, family, clients and coworkers. These are tools Annie gathered through her studies in positive psychology, creativity, brain science, and the healing arts.  She's used them with students and clients over many years and she uses them herself. They have proven to work to reduce day-to-day levels of worry and anxiety, as well as at highly stressful moments.

Your Toolkit will include:- The Get Started Guide- The Tools Handbook (which we will utilize in the workshop)- How-To Demonstration Video- Guidelines for a Low Stress Life

As an added BONUS, each workshop participant will have the option of a free, 30-minute support call with Annie, to be used by January 31st, 2022, for personalized help with getting the most out of the tools.
